""We are committed . . . to loving each other through fellowship . . . "" (from our Mission Statement)

Welcome to the Small Groups Ministry page!

Small Groups at Saginaw will begin officially in January of 2006.  Currently more than two dozen people are in the facilitator equipping process, which is eight hours of specialized training with our preaching minister.

About the Small Groups Ministry:

Coordinator: Al Diaz

Other workers: Chuck Knowles, Lance Dickerson, SG Facilitators and SG Hosts, and every member.

Type of Ministry: Core

Purpose: To assist Saginaw in being a church that loves each other through fellowship.

Goals: Help every member of the church know other Christians on a much deeper level of trust and cohesion; begin 10 small groups that start in January; involve as many people as possible; provide fellowship and service opportunities for members of small groups.

How to get involved: Sign up to host or to train as a facilitator.  In December, you may sign up to participate in a group.
