Our Leadership
Our Ministers
The Saginaw Church of Christ is currently seeking a full-time pulpit minister.
Bill has served as Elder at Saginaw Church of Christ since 2001. Before that he served as the deacon in several roles over the years. He has been at SCOC since he was 11 years old. Bill married his wife Kaye in 1977. He has five grown children, and 16 grandchildren. Bill retired from Anchor Fabrication as a senior auditor in the quality department. Along the way, he also owned and operated a service station and a golf shop. Bill was baptized on Mother’s Day in 1958 at the end of a gospel meeting. He has always enjoyed speaking in public, so it was easy for him take on a leadership role in the church. His Sunday morning classes are always informative and rooted in the word of God. Bill loves to spend his free time on the golf course, or out in his workshop making different things for Kaye and the kids and grandkids.

Our Shepherds
Guided by faith and dedicated to the spiritual growth of our body of believers
Carlon was installed as an elder at the Saginaw Church of Christ in February 2025. Previously, he served as an elder at the Canton Church of Christ in Canton, Texas. Carlon has also served as a deacon at the Faith Village Church of Christ in Wichita Falls and the Lamesa Church of Christ in Lamesa. While worshipping in Canton, he also filled the role of youth minister for four years.
In 1990, Tina became his wife and the two have three adult sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandsons. Education has been a lifelong passion for Carlon as he served in Texas public schools as a teacher, coach, and administrator for 29 years before retiring in 2022. That same passion, combined with a love for scriptures, has led him to teach classes at each congregation he has attended. His desire to serve and care for others also saw him serve as a medical clinic administrator in both Wichita Falls and the metroplex for four years during his career. He credits his dad, Paul, who also served as an elder, and his mother, Nancy, for instilling in him a foundation of love for Christ and others. Carlon’s hobbies include whatever Tina wants to do, spending time with family, being outdoors, and sports.
